For “The Good Traveller 2,” this isn’t just a painting of an old man with a colorful backpack—it’s an invitation to consider the beauty of life’s journey, especially when it’s filled with challenges. Inspired by the artist’s own experiences in nature and trail races, this piece embodies resilience, strength, and peace. The monochrome figure contrasts with the vibrant, dreamlike backpack, symbolizing the balance between the weight of experience and the lightness of imagination. It’s more than a painting; it’s a reflection of inner growth through adventure.
The painting is oil on canvas mounted on a wooden stretcher. It comes shipped very carefully in a box directly from Mihai Cotiga’s studio. The painting is hand signed on the back and it will come with a certificate of authenticity.
